Inverness Place Bed and Breakfast - Inverness Place Bed & Breakfast is a comfortable relaxing place that brings to mind the peace and tranquility of bygone days. It is located in the historic district of Inverness, Florida. 

The Bed & Breakfast is within walking distance of both the downtown historic business district and the Withlacoochee State Trail. Antique shops, boutiques, fine and casual dining, and the recently restored historic courthouse are all within an easy walk or bicycle ride.

Inverness Place features a formal parlor furnished with period antiques, a Queen Anne dining room, as well as a sun porch filled with cozy wicker furniture, and a front porch complete with antique rockers. 

There are two spacious guestrooms furnished with antiques and period reproductions. Each guestroom contains a private bath, a queen-sized bed, and a sitting area, with access to the upstairs porch.

A gourmet breakfast is served each morning in the formal dining room. House specialties include stuffed French toast, strato Milano, and ricotta pancakes, as well as homemade breads or muffins, juices, and fresh fruit.
